Who these terms apply to<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
These terms apply to purchases made on this site by consumers, that is, people buying for themselves and not for their business. You must be at least 18 to buy. I ship to Italy, Germany, France, Spain (Canary Islands included, Ceuta and Melilla excluded), Portugal, Ireland and the Netherlands; for other countries you can ask me for a quote. Sales to shops follow separate agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
The swimsuits and other garments are made by hand by me, often with fabrics salvaged from companies\u2019 leftover stock. That\u2019s why there can be small differences in color, print or pattern placement between one piece and another, and between the piece and the photo: these aren\u2019t defects. Some fabrics, once they run out, never come back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Vintage garments aren\u2019t made by me: each item\u2019s page describes its condition and any signs of wear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Prices are in euros and are final prices: I work under Italy\u2019s flat-rate tax scheme (regime forfettario, art. 1, paragraphs 54\u201389, Law 190\/2014), so I don\u2019t charge VAT. For the Canary Islands, which are outside the European Union for customs purposes, there may be local taxes and customs clearance fees on arrival, paid by the recipient. Shipping costs depend on the method you choose and you\u2019ll see them in the cart and at checkout before confirming your order: you\u2019ll find everything on the page Shipping<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You choose the products, put them in the cart, enter your details and the shipping and payment method, and confirm with the \u00abPlace order and pay\u00bb button. Before confirming you can always review and correct what you\u2019ve entered. The contract is concluded when you receive my order confirmation email, with the summary. Your order stays saved in my system: you\u2019ll find it in the confirmation email, on the Order tracking<\/a> page and, if you have an account, on the My account page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If a fabric has run out for good and I can\u2019t remake the piece you ordered, I\u2019ll write to you right away: you can choose an alternative or cancel that part of the order, and in that case I\u2019ll refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I don\u2019t charge any surcharge based on the payment method. If you need an invoice, you can request it at checkout by entering your tax details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Orders are ready to ship in 1\u20133 working days (for bank transfers, from the day the payment arrives). Delivery times then depend on the carrier. Costs, methods and pickup by arrangement are on the page Shipping<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when the package is delivered to you. On delivery, check that the package is intact: if it\u2019s damaged, accept it \u00abwith reservation\u00bb and write to me right away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. How to do it, costs, conditions and exceptions (for example made-to-measure and customized garments) are on the page Returns and exchanges<\/a>, which is part of these terms. You can also withdraw right here on the site, using the \u00abWithdraw from the contract here\u00bb function on the Returns and exchanges<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (art. 128 and following): I\u2019m liable for any lack of conformity that shows up within two years of delivery. To claim under the guarantee, write to me as soon as you notice the defect, with a photo if you can. You\u2019re entitled to have the product repaired or replaced and, if that isn\u2019t possible, to a price reduction or a refund. In case of a defect or a shipping mistake, I cover the return costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Below you\u2019ll find the European Union notice that sums up your guarantee rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Vintage garments are used: for them the guarantee lasts one year from delivery instead of two, as also stated on the product page, and it covers defects not stated on the product page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Small customizations of the styles on the site and made-to-measure garments are agreed with me first: you\u2019ll find how they work on the page Custom & made to measure<\/a>. The price of made-to-measure pieces is by quote. These garments are made especially for you and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c of the Italian Consumer Code); the guarantee for defects still applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The gift card is valid for 12 months from purchase and can be used for purchases on this site shipped within Italy.
