Withdrawal: 14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from the day you receive the parcel to withdraw from the purchase, without having to explain why. To do so, use the «Withdraw from the contract here» function further down this page: you’ll immediately get a confirmation email, with the date and time. You can also write to me within the same period at info@salmastra.it, saying that you want to withdraw and giving your order number: the form to copy at the bottom of the page is fine, and so are your own words.
You then have another 14 days to send the products back to the address I give you. The cost of sending them back is yours. I’ll refund you within 14 days of the day you tell me you’re withdrawing, using the same payment method you used: I refund the price of the products and the shipping you paid, up to the cost of the cheapest standard shipping I offer to your address. I may wait until I’ve received the products, or proof that you’ve sent them, before refunding you.

Enter your name, the order number and your email, then click «Confirm withdrawal». You’ll immediately get an email with your statement, the date and the time: if you send it within the 14 days, your withdrawal is done.
How to try on the swimsuits
Try the swimsuit on as you would in a shop: over your underwear, because I don’t use plastic hygiene liners, and without getting it wet. It must come back in the same condition it arrived in: untouched, clean, not worn (even if washed afterwards), not damaged or dirty. If the garment has been used or damaged beyond what’s needed to try it on, I may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or color, write to me: exchanges are possible for swimsuits that aren’t raw-cut, and shipping costs, both ways, are yours. If the piece you want is no longer available, I’ll refund you as for a withdrawal.
When I pay
If the product is faulty or I sent you the wrong one, I cover the return and exchange. Write to me as soon as you notice, with a photo if you can (legal guarantee: you’ll find everything in the Terms and conditions).
What can’t be returned
Made-to-measure garments and those customized at your request (measurements, leg cuts, agreed changes): they’re made especially for you and are excluded from withdrawal by law. You’ll find how they work on the page Custom & made to measure.
Raw-cut swimsuits, on the other hand, can be returned like all the others, as long as they were tried on as explained above.
