How do I choose the right size?
You can check the size chart, and in each style’s description I explain how that piece fits. Raw-cut swimsuits in particular fit really well and very rarely give any fit problems. If you have even the smallest doubt, don’t hesitate to ask me on WhatsApp, by email or on Instagram: I’ll give you all the guidance and measurements to find the perfect swimsuit for you!
Can I return an item?
I’m a young craft business, and for me handling returns and refunds means costs that aren’t only financial, but also of time, logistics and human attention.
So I invite you to choose mindfully, taking an extra moment to consider the piece and the size that suit you best, so we can avoid a return and together support a slower, more sustainable way of shopping. Of course I’m always more than happy to help you choose the size and style that suit your body.
You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase. If the product is faulty or there was a shipping mistake, I cover the return and exchange. Made-to-measure swimsuits can’t be returned. You’ll find all the details on the page Returns and exchanges.
How much does shipping cost?
In Italy: 6 € with Poste Italiane, which usually takes 3 to 8 working days; 9 € by express courier, which takes about 2 days. From 80 € up, shipping in Italy is free, by express courier.
If you’re not home, I recommend leaving a note in your mailbox or any useful directions for the courier, to save you and others wasted trips and parcels stuck at the depot.
If you prefer, and you’re in the area and we agree on it, you can pick up your swimsuit by appointment at my workshop, at an event or at a market: write to me first!
Outside Italy I ship to Germany, France, Spain (Canary Islands included), Portugal, Ireland and the Netherlands, always with tracked shipping: you’ll find the prices country by country on the page Shipping. For shipping to countries not listed, please ask for a quote.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually ready to ship in 1–3 working days. If you pay by bank transfer, the package leaves once I see the payment in my account: feel free to send me the receipt, so we can speed things up. If you’re on a tight schedule, contact me before buying and I’ll tell you if your swimsuit is available right away.
Do you make made-to-measure or customized swimsuits?
Yes, I make “made to measure” pieces on request and only in the low season (September–February), within the limits of time, techniques and materials. The price is by quote: you’ll find how it works on the page Custom & made to measure, or write to me on WhatsApp or by email.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer, PayPal or card. In person with cash, cards, PayPal or instant bank transfer.
Can I see the swimsuits in person?
I don’t have a physical shop, but you can find me at upcoming events, markets and OpenLabs: they’re all in the calendar. In the shops on the list you’ll find exclusive lines instead.
